Reed Accountancy are seeking to recruit a commercial analyst for a company based to the South of Norwich City Center. The position will be full time on a permanent basis and will require travel to other offices within the company (pool car will be provided but a full, clean driving licence is a must). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a complex organisation and provide support across companies reporting into senior directors. Duties include: Credit Limits & Credit Insurance Reviews Assist with stock take and reconciliations - to include stock costing and stock movement journals Fixed Assets Management Manufacturing Account Analysis Service & Maintenance prepayments and accruals Cost of Sales & production account Maintenance of third party software Maintenance of insurance database Petty cash reconciliation Banking & Collection of Cash & Cheques Fuel Card administration New Supplier account applications Experience required: Ability to apply data analytical skills and report in a transparent and succinct manner Provide assistance to management to allow a performance review and identify improvements Experience in management and financial accounting Ability to understand and work within multiple organisations Adaptable to new systems and keen to learn new software Excellent computer literacy skills, including MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Presentable with good time keeping Enthusiastic and intuitive Organised and able to work under pressure Excellent attention to detail The successful candidate will be working within a team but will have the independence to make this position their own, reporting in to senior management and advising on the above.
