This is a customer-facing role where you will be expected to respond to customer queries and issues and support calls for all finance systems. Key

responsibilities:
Supporting Finance Systems inbox - Be the first point of contact, to make sure that all emails are responded to and dealt with in a timely manner. Ensure that all users are set up correctly and that they have been assigned to the correct approval groups. Create SUN accounts, making sure that all users have been placed into the correct user groups and also having them set up on InforQnA so that finance users have access to data on Excel Running the weekly and monthly interface systems on SUN which includes Northgate and KX. When required, complete data cleansing of the systems, such as closing obsolete cost codes to ensure that all systems are kept up to date. Experience: Experience of purchase order systems, and their interface with the finance IT accounting system. Able to multi-task with ease and respond to emails from two Mailboxes; the mailboxes receive a combined total of at least 800 emails per month. Experience of working in a customer facing role, displaying a consistent professional attitude and demonstrating customer-focused behaviour at all times.
