Churchill Howard are currently working with a dynamic and acquisitional business based in Worcester to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This varied role gives the successful individual significant exposure to different stakeholders across the business and the opportunity to help grow the business. Responsibilities include: Producing financial analysis and commentary to aid and proactively challenge decision making. Production of regular presentation packs for senior management. Monthly forecasting and annual budgeting. Developing and implementing new systems and processes. Business Partnering with operational teams. Carrying out adhoc project work. The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), will have relevant post qualified experience and will demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
