Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for performing accounting, reporting, controls and tax activities.

Responsibilities:
? Support the reporting team in financial record maintenance in accordance with US and Regional GAAP, tax, legal and company requirements ? Preparation of monthly and quarterly balance sheet accountant reconciliations ? Participate in month end reporting in accordance with the close timetable, including preparation and posting of month end accruals and journals ? Support the preparation of the periodic indirect or direct tax returns and other compliance requirements, Italian/ Spanish preferred ? Complete statutory declarations for local and regional authorities ? Participate in month end intercompany process- raise and process recharge invoices, agree intercompany balances with colleagues worldwide, reconcile Intercompany balances every month and resolve queries with support from the Financial Controller ? Documenting procedures and creating checklists ? Improve function and implementation of best practice with the support of the Financial Controller ? Provide support for the European Tax function ? Manage queries from US Corporate Reporting Skills/ Experience: ? Part qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or AAT) ? Italian or Spanish speaking preferred but not essential ? Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably SAP ? Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role ?
