Role Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Job Description Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Main Responsibilities Purchase Ledger Sales Ledger Payroll Credit Control Online Banking Supplier Payments Bank Reconciliation and forecasting Reconciliation of cash books, expenses, petty cash and ledgers Speak direct to suppliers and clients chasing invoices and payments Deal with all accruals and prepayments Reconcile balance sheet accounts and month end routines Preparation of management accounts Other bookkeeping duties as directed by manager For more information, please contact Billy Fagg on
