Finance Business Partner - Burton - £35,000 - £45,000 Chase & Holland are working closely with a growing manufacturing business based in Burton looking for a Finance Business Partner with Manufacturing experience. This is a new role where you will work closely with an ambitious FD. As the Finance Business Partner, you will need to be a qualified or close to qualifying accountant. Someone who is self-motivated and determined to drive a business forward as well as good experience within a Manufacturing environment. You will also have an interest in the analytical side of accounts and be able to add value in a commercial sense. You will benefit from working in a fast-moving environment, working closely with the finance department to carry out day to day accountancy functions. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide high quality advice and not be afraid to challenge the management team, to support decisions to be made with supported financial analysis. Responsibilities:
Providing financial analysis to the management team Carrying out commercial / operations margin analysis to guide & influence business decisions Create weekly dashboards and commentary Prepare labour and costs variance analysis per project Assist with budget preparation up to Margin contribution Own budget and forecast inputs Cash flow forecast and monitoring Month end balance sheet recs and month end close Assist with project cash flow and FX exposure review Take the lead on various business projects Daily reporting to the management team Analysis of variances Continuous Improvement to business processes Travel to different sites in the business Key Requirements and Preferences: Qualified or close to - CIMA or ACCA Excellent knowledge Manufacturing reporting process and analysis Strong excel and analytical skills Result driven, confident and dynamic personality Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other areas of the business.
