Client Bookkeeper / Accounts Senior McGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a fast growing Top100 UK Accountancy Practice who are looking to strengthen their Client Outsourcing team and recruit aPractice Bookkeeper. The firm has an enviable reputation across the Midlands, Thames Valley & London providing a range of Audit, Tax & Accounting services to wealthy individuals, family estates, OMBs and private PLCs. Reporting to the Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for: Building productive working relationships within the Practice and externally with Clients Using a variety of accounting software packages including CCH, Sage and Xero Preparing management accounts and completing VAT returns Processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts & payments Preparing opening balance journals Reconciliations Developing and applying your technical knowledge through on the job training To be considered for the role you should be AAT Qualified/Part-Qualified or Qualified By Experience with at least 3 year's experience with another Accounting Firm or Specialist Outsourcing Provider. On offer is a salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience) with benefits to include 22 days holiday, company pension and healthcare schemes, and AAT study support if applicable. You should be a confident self-starter with good interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise and meet tight timeframes with high quality output; and a working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous.
