JR have an immediate need for a strong and adaptable Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client on a temporary basis taking you into the New Year. Based close to junction 23a, you will be supporting the team through a period of backlog but also helping move to more automated processes. You will be experienced in three way matching and complex purchase ledger processes with a real interest in making impact.

Responsibilities:
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within purchase ledger Processing and matching of purchase invoices Resolving purchase invoice queries Reconciliation of supplier accounts to supplier statements Processing of subcontractor application forms Coding of sales receipts Key skills: Strong Purchase Ledger experience Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy A team player Strong communication skills both written and verbal Microsoft Excel intermediate level This role is being advertised by JR Recruitment on behalf of the client.
