Responsibilities:
Manage the relationship with two external payroll providers. Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of multiple payrolls for 1,200 staff. Monthly payroll journals prepared by the payroll team together with relevant payroll accrual calculations and using the Accounting system (Oracle). Carry out performance management procedures, including annual reviews, half-yearly reviews and 1:1s. Oversee the year-end procedures ensuring the preparation and distribution of the P35's, P60's and P11D's Responsible for ensuring all statutory and voluntary payroll deductions are paid to appropriate bodies in timely manner Dealing with HMRC, providing all information required and resolving queries as requested.
