The Accounts Payable Manager will report to the Head of Finance, duties will include but will not be limited to managing a large transactional finance team, dealing with escalations and managing KPIs, being involved in process and system improvement, managing supplier relationships and handling supplier queries. Actively manage the inputting, coding and payment of all suppliers invoices on an accurate and timely basis Lead, mentor and develop the team Manage the PTP processes efficiently and effectively ensuring bottlenecks are addressed and work appropriately balanced to reduce financial risk, lower costs and enable continuous efficiency and operational excellence Achieve excellent customer service through consistent delivery of standard operating processes; striving to be best in class; using lean methodology to drive waste out of processes; adding value through continuous improvement Ensure suppliers queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and that monitoring process ensures that effective and timely solutions to suppliers issues are delivered Provide subject management expertise, leadership and advisory services for Purchase To Pay Act as the focal point for PTP ensuring effective communication and resolution of key issues as per escalation Matrix Influencing peers to take action on initiatives related to Transactional activities, manage the detailed work project plans necessary to the PTP Finance Transformation ensuring delivery in a timely fashion of process improvements and automation solutions Develop and deliver training material for the on-boarding of any new processes.
