We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Pensions Manager at our expanding and dynamic client in Ascot The role? Payroll and Pensions Manager The salary? Up to £40k P/A - DOE Key

responsibilities:
Input employee personal data for all new employees joining the organisation Receive and check time sheets Update salary changes when advised Create new pay codes when required Keep employee salary Excel spreadsheet updated Produce payroll variance reports for the management accounts team Raise requisition for monthly PAYE to HMRC Run the auto enrolment assessment programme and issue documentation to employees Submit the final FPS/EPS to HMRC Prepare P11Ds Reconcile employee and employer contributions and payments Input income tax rate changes, NI changes, etc Responsible for all administration matters associated with the company's Pension Scheme Attendance of all pension scheme meetings in capacity of sponsoring employer administrator Prepare monthly salary journal data for the financial controller Liaising with HR department Completion of wages and salaries surveys for the Office for National Statistics The ideal candidate will have: Previous Payroll and Pension experience Previous knowledge of SAP is advantageous Proficient with Microsoft office Ability to multi-task Ability to work as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, written and verbally Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm If you feel like you have what it takes to progress in this role, then please apply today and we will be in touch.
