SF Recruiting are currently seeking a Semi Senior Accountant for a well established local practice on a permanent basis in the City Centre This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior accountant to join a well renowned, innovative and growing practice based in the heart of the City Working with a variety of clients the main duties of the role will include: - End-to-end preparation of year-end financial accounts for limited and sole trader companies - Preparing and filing of VAT returns from core records - Responsible for completing monthly payrolls for assigned clients and providing advisory services - VAT registration/de-registration of clients The ideal candidate will be: - AAT Qualified or hold a relevant Degree (minimum of 2:1) - Have experience of working within a similar role - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work individually and under pressure - Be able to hit strict deadlines - Have Strong Excel Skills In return our client is looking at offering a competitive salary based on experience, full financial study support with study days, contributory pension, flexible working and many other benefits If this looks like the perfect role for you, please apply now for immediate consideration
