Hourly Rate £11.15 to £11.92 (including bonuses) Annual Rate £21,742 to £23,244 per annum (including bonuses) Contracted Hours 37.5 (Full Time) Monday to Friday Holiday Up to 33 days paid holiday per year (6 weeks and 3 days) CLF Distribution CLF Distribution are now recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our finance team. We supply independent retailers and health conscious consumers with natural products from several hundred healthy brands. The company has a strong ethos of team work, supporting our staff and sharing in the company profits through a bonus scheme paid monthly. Duties Ensure timely and accurate data entry of supplier invoices. Calculate and process supplier payments including batch payments via online banking. Reconcile supplier statements and ensure that anomalies are followed up and cleared. Review the Aged Creditor report on a monthly basis ensuring payments haven't been overlooked and invoices allocated correctly. Deal with queries by telephone and email. Review GRNI report and check for invoices/supplies. Undertake training and development Follow all CLF policies and procedures Any other duties in line with your job role Supervisor Duties Supervise the two Purchase Ledger Clerks ensuring that training requirements are recognised and training given when necessary Review current processes and recommend improvements where applicable Monitor and allocate the workload for the department, ensuring high work standards, maximum efficiency and a productive working environment Ensure there is sufficient cover for staff absence Deputise for other team members during absence Skills Previous purchase ledger experience is essential. Previous supervisory experience is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
