Our client, a rapidly growing Property Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on an interim 3 month contract. Located in North London you will be be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function and the junior accounts payable team. Duties will include, but not be limited too; Run the day to day Accounts Payable function Check accuracy of invoice entry, approve payment runs etc Develop a team of enthusiastic AP clerks Review and create new processes and controls Improve efficiencies within AP and streamlining current processes Reconcile historic entries and clean AP ledger. Fix all historic unreconciled payments Assist with and review bank reconciliations Assist posting invoices during busy time or when AP clerks out of office Key Requirements; Experience managing the Accounts Payable Function Experience within the Property Industry would be beneficial Previous experience with Yardi would be extremely beneficial Ability to work within a fast workplace and environment Be a strong communicator and leader
