Management Accountant - Nottingham - £38,000 - 45,000 Our client is a successful international manufacturing business based in North Nottinghamshire and is looking to recruit for a hands on Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts. Liaising with the assistant accountant to ensure accurate Management Accounts, produced to strict deadlines, and reported to various stakeholders. Someone who is recently Qualified ACCA, CIMA or close to finishing their studies would be well suited for the role. This a great opportunity to gain experience and work closely with the Financial Controller while putting your own stamp on the role with genuine responsibility. Management Accountant Responsibilities : Oversea timely and accurate management accounts and necessary financial information Maintain all Company financial information in accordance with professional accounting standards Preparation and analysis of monthly reports Maintain Company and Corporate management information Assisting in the processing of Company Financial transactions Preparation and analysis of forecasts and budget planning Positively influencing and strengthening working relationships across the company Providing commercial finance support and guidance to key stakeholders across the business Providing information for audits (internal/external) Reconcile spending vs Budget, assisting/advising the company in cutting costs and making financial decisions Ensure all Financial transactions in SAP are correct through the various different system flows Key Requirements and Preferences: This is a role that will suit someone who is proactive with a go get it attitude You will need to be (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) qualified and have excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
