My client on the Slough Trading Estate are looking for an enthusiastic Invoice Query Administrator working 9.00 - 17.30 Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch. The main purpose of this role is to log, investigate and resolve customer invoice queries and the following: Invoice Query Management Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons. To assist in printing and distribute written on department rota basis To complete daily and weekly log sheet of work proceed Basic excel and excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
