Description

As a Finance Analyst, you will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Supporting the business planning cycle - budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis
  • Proactively analysing variances and actuals to budget
  • Key in forecasing and analysing stock, payables and receivables
  • Analysis of price variances, margins, and material costs
  • Partnering with other areas of the business to support key business decisions
  • Preparing KPI reports and developing key reports
  • Identifying risks and opportunities

Profile

To be considered for this Finance Analyst role you must have the following experience:

  • Part qualified CIMA/ACCA almost near qualification
  • Ideally worked in a manufacturing role previously with an understanding of material costing
  • Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills - able to extract and manipulate large volumes of data
  • A continuous improvement mind set and can interrogate current practices and controls
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Self motivated and a desire to progress
