Job Details
This FP&A Analyst role, based in Bracknell, reports into the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. You'll be responsible for analysing and understanding the financial performance of the business, as well as supporting with the monthly forecast process and broader planning requirements.

Description
FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with the monthly planning cycle. This will involve analysing current trends and inputting updated information.
- Producing forecasting summary outputs on a timely basis to share with key stakeholders to enable their feedback.
- Identifying trends that impact the outlook, and making logical recommendations.
- Producing cost centre analysis and general ledger listings to summarise supplier details, enabling the FP&A Manager to review with cost centre managers and manage costs.
- Owning the month-end reporting model, ensuring accuracy to enable summary information to be provided on a timely basis for the month-end reporting pack.
- Supporting the wider business with analysis and information requests.
Profile
The successful FP&A Analyst:
- Degree with a minimum of 3 years' analytical experience
- Studying Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Highly numerate, advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Works well under pressure with an ability to deliver competing priorities
- Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills
- Forecasting/budgeting experience
- Experience of supporting functional areas such as sales, marketing and operations
