I am working with an SME business based in Shrewsbury who have a permanent job vacancy within their finance team for a Finance Manager.

Your new role
Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for managing the finance team and be required to prepare monthly management accounts, as well as VAT returns and reconciliations. You will prepare cashflows and be responsible for budget setting and reviewing performance against budget and variance analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a part-qualified or qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant. You will have previous accounts experience, ideally working in an SME finance function. Alternatively it could suit a newly qualified accountant seeking progression and a first move from an Accountancy Practice into industry.
