Temporary Purchase Ledger Job based in York.

Your new company
You will be working for a fast paced organisation who recognises potential in its employees, so although this is a temporary role it could lead to permanent opportunities.

Your new role

  • Responsible for all Purchase Ledger functions
  • Coding, arranging and inputting of invoices
  • Setting up new suppliers onto the system
  • Raising payments for suppliers
  • Transferring payroll information onto Sage 50 and processing a journal
  • Filing of purchase orders and other documents relating to customer or supplier accounts
  • Monthly Directors loan accounts
  • Allocation of receipts onto the system and filing of receipts also.



What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience completing a Purchase Ledger Role.
