Job Description 1.Managing and overseeing the Daily operations of Accounts Receivable. 2.Ensure that all payments are received within due date and verify the ageing of Debtors. 3.Monitor Receivables against all type of sales and follow up with concerned Customers for recovery of outstanding 4.Make sure that Ledger Verification and Confirmation of Debtors are being done on timely basis. 5.Make sure that monthly balance confirmation from customers are being collected on time. 6.Provide provision for bad and doubtful debts. Whenever it is required with proper approval from Management. 7.Verification of Debit / Credit Note Accounting and its statutory compliance. 8.Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authoritys general ledger. 9.Preparation of Financial reports. 10.Managing and overseeing the operations of General Accounts 11.Supervises, directs and reviews the Work of the Accounting Staff. (Including Verification of Cash / Reconciliation of Banks/ Recording of Revenue and Expenditure on time etc) 12.Monitoring the utilization of Funds- ( Management of Fund) 13.Prepare Weekly Cash and Fund Flow Projection and compare with actual data and find out the deviations. 14.Review General Ledger on a Monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of Posting.
