They are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their established Credit Control Team, based at their regional office in Kirkintilloch 8 miles North of Glasgow . In this role you will be responsible for reducing overdue customer balances through efficient management of debtor accounts, accurate reporting and use of your excellent relationship management skills to effectively liaise with branches, customers and suppliers. On a day to day basis you will contact customers to collect debts and process payments in line with the company credit policy resolve invoice disputes reconcile debtor accounts reduce late payments and bad debt review customer accounts, approving credit limits and escalate those that have exceeded limits work closely with the Keyline branch and sales teams to grow profit This role offers the opportunity to utilise your previous credit control and customer service experience in a strongly customer focused environment.
