My client is an ambitious Housing Association that supports people in the East of London and also has two large development programmes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing experienced Financial Controls Manager to join them on an interim basis during a period of change. The role will be to provide effective leadership, working collaboratively to ensure performance in the team is to a high standard, and enforcing system and financial controls.

Responsibilities:
Lead motivate and inspire the team to develop a culture of excellence and continued personal growth. Ensure the overall framework of standards, policies, procedures covering the function are maintained, regularly monitored and reviewed. Create and present high quality reports as required. Lead and implement requirements that provides compliance within professional framework. Key areas of team's

responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger, Service Charges, Rents, Nominal, Bank, system administration. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive experience at Financial Controller level within the Housing sector. They will be knowledgeable in housing management and dedicated to providing impeccable financial controls. As a leader, they must be firm but supportive and able to drive change in a transitioning environment.
