Salford, Manchester The Role : My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Accounts Clerk to join their Lettings team. The role will involve dealing with tenant credit control, client accounting and Management Accounts, as well as resolving client, tenant and other department queries and other general accounts duties. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work for a reputable agent in a successful team who deliver a fantastic service to their clients. Requirements : Experience with Bookkeeping or Accounts in a similar lettings style role Competent using Sage Line 50 and Acquaint Capable of preparing monthly / quarterly reports for investor landlords Experience of releasing tenant deposits Good communication skills both verbal and written Good organisation and time management skills Ability to work to tight deadlines High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail Benefits : 5 day working week, 9:00-5:30.
