CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a well-established stable organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit an HR Administrator on a permanent basis. Working in a small team responsible for c700 employees this is a newly created role to support the business. Key duties include: Managing new starter information Assist with the monthly payroll Ad hoc reporting for the management team Managing external reference requests Update and report on KPIs Managing absence register Carrying out disciplinary investigations where required The client is looking for a candidate who has excellent attention to detail with a good team ethic and enthusiasm. Previous HR admin experience is essential with the addition of payroll as an advantage. The role would suit a candidate studying towards their CIPD level 3.
