Hyperama- Financial Controller Full Time Salary- Competitive dependant on skills and experience

Nottingham The Opportunity: Due to Company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join our Head Office team for our £100m turnover cash and carry and food distribution business, operating over 4 sites in the midlands, role based in Nottingham head office. The Role: Management of a finance team of 5 covering Accountant, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Deliver timely and high-quality month end management accounts. Preparation of Annual Budget. Liaise with Statutory auditors. Maintenance of Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals and HP schedules, Intercompany Reconciliations. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns Oversea the completion of balance sheet reconciliations Produce weekly and monthly management information in timely manner as required by senior management. Production of sales analysis reporting and KPIs reporting Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains and cost savings The Candidate: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualification experience Experience of managing a small finance team Strong personality, self-motivated and a can do attitude Effective communicator, able to deal with non-finance staff Advance working knowledge of MS Excel A range of benefits are available to the successful candidate, including: 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory days Auto enrolment pension a full staff benefits scheme with retail discounts discounted products and memberships Staff Discount in store Healthcare The Company: The Hyperama Group is a growing business and a dynamic place to work.
