Halo Recruitment are working with a Great company who have an exciting opportunity and are looking for Accounts and Billing Assistant. Description Accounts & Billing Assistant Overview The Accounts & Billing Assistant will cover a broad range of duties, general accounts administration and client billing queries, change of tenancies and be involved in calculating and producing of the monthly billing runs Overview The Accounts/billing Assistant will be involved with all general accounts tasks. There will be some customer interaction to deal with customer queries around monthly billing and change of tenancies. Qualifications / Requirements Must have a good working knowledge of accounting and billing/invoicing experience. Would suit someone with AAT or other accounting qualification. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Xero preferred. A very high level of attention to detail. Ability to prioritise work. Ability to work under own initiative as well as a part of a team. Good communication skills Role Be involved with monthly client billing calculations. Produce monthly billing runs. Oversee daily Bank reconciliations. Sales Ledger maintenance for Client accounts. Reviewing Clients current Contracts. Processing change of tenancies. Dealing with client account queries. Customer Service and Client interaction. The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
