The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for accurate Customer debt, delivered by careful adherence to process. They ensure the department operates efficiently thorough the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable activities, with all queries (internal and external) addressed promptly and thoroughly. Job Description You will receive a competitive base salary along with great benefits including: 22 days holiday, rising to 25 after 5 years' service Company Pension Scheme Life Assurance Discount gym membership Vehicle purchase discount Employee Advantage - retail discounts with over 3000 retailers Cycle to work scheme Main Responsibilities Post customer payments, confirming cleared funds and ensuring accurate allocation, investigate and resolve any discrepancies Full Accountability and ownership of the Cleared Funds process, investigating & resolving internal / external Customer / Supplier issues Key point of contacts for Customers regarding Vehicle debt, disputes and / or late payments Liaison with internal and external customers to maximise on time payments and minimise associated business disruption Proactive housekeeping e.g. obtaining remittances relating to payments on account The Ideal Candidate Ability to build strong relationships, meet and exceed customer expectations, dealing promptly with customer concerns Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner; consults colleagues and refers appropriately Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for their work Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change Style & Culture Fit Work collaboratively within the team and the wider business Participate in process improvement initiatives Ability to accurately work with and understand high volumes of data, taking clear and decisive action to resolve any issues, escalating as necessary Continuous review of ways of working and making best use of CDK Autoline Can-do attitude, ability to meet deadlines Adherence to the core Minimum Controls Framework Work with integrity Housekeeping activities performed in a timely manner, with emphasis on identifying areas for improvement and working with stakeholders to address these About The Company Inchcape is a leading independent global automotive distributor and retailer operating in 32 countries across the UK, Europe, Russia, South America, Asia and Australasia.
