Rosemary bookkeeping is a rapidly growing franchise brand owned by ServiceMaster Limited in the UK. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Management team to support, train and assist our franchisees in the operation of their bookkeeping franchise. Ideally you'll be a confident communicator who is great at building relationships at all levels; have a "can do" attitude and Leadership gravitas. Travel around the UK is required and so you'll need to hold a clean driving licence. As the Rosemary Bookkeeping Franchise Manager you will need the following experience and skills: A bookkeeping or Accounts qualification with good technical knowledge and experience Be customer focused Have working knowledge of a variety of bookkeeping software such as Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks Intuit, Kashflow and Xero. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of small business finance and accounts Be able to demonstrate successful persuasion and influencing skills Be able to demonstrate the ability to provide training Be IT competent and able to learn in-house systems and office based software quickly It would be advantageous (but not essential) to have: Experience of working with franchisees or managing via third party contractors Anti money-laundering knowledge and/or qualification Wider business knowledge/experience of sales and marketing As the Rosemary Bookkeeping Franchise Manager and an experienced Bookkeeper, you would be required to: Provide technical (bookkeeping) and general support to the Rosemary franchise partners. Create a growth plan strategy for the Rosemary bookkeeping partners, create visionary communications and supporting guidance towards its achievement. Speak to and meet potential new franchisees joining the network, to gauge their suitability and assist with the franchise recruitment process. Organise regular regional meetings for your network to deliver initiatives, reinforce standards, provide motivation and share best practise. Communicate on a regular basis through visits, meetings, training workshops and all communication media. Optimise and input into the development of IT systems available to the brand. Ensure standards audits covering technical, brand compliance, health & safety and systems are carried out.
