Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a rapidly growing business in Eastleigh.The client is looking for and Accounts Payable clerk for an initial period of 6 months. Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager you will be responsible for:
• Supplier invoice processing
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Expense claim processing
• Initiating payment runs
• Reviews of expense claims
• Adhoc duties The ideal candidate will be a target driven individual.The company has a high performing finance team, but with recent acceleration in growth the business needs back logs clearing.If you have implemented process improvement this would be valuable. The successful accounts payable is likely to have had previous accounts payable experience, specifically in dealing with back logs.
