We are a young, innovative commercial property company, providing luxurious serviced office solutions in Central London. We are looking for a bright and outgoing Group Finance Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The role is to support the FC as the "number two" of the finance function in all areas including cashflow and balance sheet. The role will manage a team of two, with serious prospects of career progression to the FC role for the right person. We offer: A competitive salary of £50 plus benefits An environment to grow in with multiple promotional prospects for the right person given time The opportunity to become part of the decision-making team working closely with the CEO / Directors Involvement in new business ideas and projects What the role involves: Preparation of consolidated monthly financial reporting packs,including profit and loss accounts, cash flows, management accounts, KPI's and variance analysis for group entities (FRS 102) Auditing and Adjusting General Ledgers Processing KPI's on occupancy/ rate per WS/ Reconciliation Accruals & Prepayments schedule maintenance BS Reconciliation Intercompany Reconciliations Preparation of VAT Returns Monitoring of Capex Facility Maintenance of Fixed Assets and Inventory schedule Assisting in the production of the annual budget and periodic forecasting Assisting Accountants for preparation of Statutory Accounts Assisting Auditors with required information Assisting Accounts Payable/Accounts receivable with general queries Responsible for Bank reconciliation of all entities Managing a team of two Supporting the FC with ad-hoc reports and projects Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly - written and verbal. QBE or part qualified accountant as a minimum Highly proficient in MS excel (macros not essential), with the ability to work with large amounts of data, extracted from multiple sources, ability to synthesize data efficiently and summarize clearly and concisely Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others Experience in Sage Accounts 200 2 years of relevant experience in group accounting
