As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day financial operations including payroll, invoicing and transactions, reporting to the Finance Director. Key

Responsibilities:

• As Finance Manager, you will monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, accounts receivables and other transactions.
• Supporting the Directors by delivering the finance agenda and ensuring the long-term success of the business.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis, alongside the maintenance and reconciliation of the P&L at month end.
• Managing monthly payment runs for expenses, payroll, suppliers etc as well as the management of the company bank accounts is a key part of the Finance Manager's role.
• Preparation of monthly reports (to the parent company) and year end Statutory Accounts.
• As Finance Manager, you will advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Assist with maintaining the financial health of the organisation whilst seeking out methods for minimising financial risk to the company. Key Skills:
• Fully CIMA or ACCA qualified
• A Finance Manager will a minimum 5 years post qualified experience.
• Strong personable, business partnering approach with excellent communication and management of stakeholder skills.
