Growing friendly company based in Windsor, Berkshire are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Controller the key purpose of the Assistant Accountant role is to aid in the monthly financial reporting for the company. Your key tasks as the Assistant Accountant will include : 1) Assistant in running the sales ledger function - small amount of credit control 2) Assistant in running the purchase ledger function 4) Bank Reconciliations 5) Intercompany Reconciliations 6) Assistance in the preparation of the Management Accounts including assistance in VAT preparations The ideal Assistant Accountant will ideally be studying for the AAT qualification (study support will be provided) with good system skills and in return you will receive a salary of between £23k-£28k the opportunity to join a friendly growing company.
