An opportunity has arisen for an accounts assistant in Woking. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract. Main Responsibilites: - Monthly Payroll including overtime, benefits, bonus etc - Sales Ledger including raising customer invoices/ credits, allocating payments, auditing the ledger - Process supplier credit application forms - Purchase Ledger including authorising supplier invoices, entering invoices, creating payment runs - Handle all employee beneit invoices - Process VAT returns - Intrastats - Produce financial spreadsheets as requested - Perform month-end and year-end activities - Help in financial audits - Other adhoc duties as requested Person Specification: - AAT studier/ AAT qualified - Use of the system Navision - UK payroll experience - Strong customer service orientation
