Job Reference: PFMH-Nov19 We are recruiting for a Project Finance Manager to be based at our site in Heathrow Terminal 5. As a Project Finance Manager, you will be responsible to the Operational Directors of the Aviation Division. This role is also an external customer-facing role both in terms of clients and professional service providers. The main function of this role will be to provide an efficient project-level finance function for a range of contracts, whilst also delivering accurate financial management account information. Management Accounts preparation in accordance with month-end timetable (accounting system is SAP) Preparation of commentary to accompany accounts Preparation of contract budgets Contract set up for new projects Sales Ledger invoicing for the business Credit Control for the business Balance Sheet reconciliation work Assistance with the year-end and interim statutory audit Essential Skills ACCA, CIMA, ACA - PQ, Qual or QBE Experience of project accounting is required Strong excel skills are required Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience of project accounting/management within a logistics or transport company Advanced Excel and data modelling skills Data Analytics Excellent communication and relationship management skills Desirable Skills SAP experience is advantageous About Company Wilson James is a leading security, construction logistics and aviation services provider with more than 5,000 employees.
