We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner aligned to support two Senior HR Business Partners, with the majority of the focus for this role being support for our Nottingham based contact centre but with support for other functions. You will be responsible for developing strong and effective relationships within your business areas. You will ensure collaboration between the business and Centres of Excellence as well as dealing with the management of operational day to day challenges, employment relations issues and people data analysis (so good Excel skills are a must). There may be an opportunity to support a variety of project work. This part time role will require the successful candidate to work 3 full days (22.5 hours per week), from our Cirrus House support office. Some travel will be required, although it is expected that this role will be mainly office based. Ideally from a customer orientated business / retail background, contact centre experience would be desirable but not essential. You will have the ability and experience to provide sound and pragmatic advice to support managers in managing their people whilst challenging your stakeholders. You will be commercially astute with the ability to prioritise and execute in a timely manner.
