The Role.... Works with Credit Manager to manage the specialist accounts, this includes ensuring billings are complete accurately and queries are resolved. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with sales teams and customer service to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner Role & Responsibilities Management of pre-billing validation for specialists to limit blockers to payment Run billing process for specialists, ensuring validation levels are in line with KPIs, management of remediation process to address exceptions Management of query resolution process, working closely with sales and customer service. Working closely with specialist finance teams to review status of debt and resolve issues Production of monthly statements for delivery to external and internal stakeholders Regular reporting to management over effectiveness of validation process and status of debt Ad hoc reports for audit, financial investigations, etc., as required. Weekly cashflow forecasting for specialist receipts and involvement in rolling forecast process Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Credit Supervisor or a Credit Controller role Experience working in highly fluid or agile environment, with ability to manage many tasks and prioritise key deliverables Good understanding of media environment preferred but not essential Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets Customer service experience Confident with a pro-active and "can-do" attitude Ability to work autonomously, owning of projects and deliverables Excellent team player Able to work over and above when required or requested Attention to detail; accuracy in numeracy and grammar Ability to deal and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, at all levels Ability to remain calm when under pressure Strong organisational skills; methodical in their approach (demonstrated experience in resolving complex problems), with strong analytical skills Strong communicator and professional attitude towards problem solving Ability to update and maintain accurate customer ledgers Excellent numeric ability, communication skills, and good practical and commercial judgement
