Candidates will have worked in the Automotive industry and have experience is systems such as Kerridge/Pinnacle and Kalamazoo. Duties as the Assistant Accountant - Branch Accountant Posting & Reconciling the daily bank statements Posting & Reconciling of daily banking. Posting & Reconciling of the Cheque book Processing invoices Reconciling company petty cash on a weekly basis Reconciling and processing the monthly BACs run. Handling incoming overflow calls from reception Raising invoices/credit notes Reconciling Yearly Tax Analysis Nominal ledger entry including accruals and prepayments. Assisting in the preparation of Year End accounts. Reconciling monthly vehicle depreciation ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
