Reed Accountancy are now recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant with one of our growing clients located in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an exciting role within a fast paced organisation that are leading the way in their market. The duties of the role include but are not limited to: Processing high volume purchase & sales ledger Matching, batching & coding invoices Basic Bookkeeping Written & Verbal communication with clients Processing of Online sales entries Bank reconciliation Sales and Purchase ledger reconciliations VAT reconciliation Payment runs Key balance sheet account reconciliations Experience of taking accounts to trial balance Preparation of schedules for accountants/auditors.
