Becoming a Finance Officer with Capita Employee Solutions: We are currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual for a full-time Finance Officer position within our busy Darlington office. The role of the Finance Officer is to assist the team with the collection and administration of employers' monthly contributions on behalf of the Teachers' Pension Scheme. What you'll be doing: Process transactions on the pensioner administration and accounting systems in an accurate and timely manner Communicate with all stakeholders in an effective, efficient, and professional manner Meet all deadlines for the provision of financial information, payments, and statutory returns Produce high quality and accurate work on a consistent basis within designated timelines Process complaints at the earliest opportunity with a positive attitude, addressing the true root cause and implementing effective correct action in order to prevent reoccurrence Adhere to the ISO and investors in People standards, Quality Management System and comply with pensions and FSA regulations and initiatives, for example, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) What we're looking for: Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality Competent with Excel and Word Academic qualifications in Maths and English Experience in a Finance environment or studying for/possession of a Finance qualification (desirable) About Employee Solutions Capita Employee Solutions is one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK; a multi award winning organisation servicing over 1,600 clients and more than 4 million company employees and pension scheme members.
