Management Accountant £35,000 per annum Central Bristol Fixed Term Contract Renewable Energy A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a new client of ours, a rapidly expanding and respected company, working in the Renewal Energy sector. Our client is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their business on a 6 month fixed term contract and take full responsibility for the collation of business accounts and Project companies bookkeeping. Management Accountant

responsibilities:
- Working closely and liaising with outsourced Accountants and Service Providers for the Project companies on the preparation of management and statutory accounts - Working closely with outsourced Tax Advisors on project companies tax and VAT returns - Working closely with outsourced Auditors and Accountants - Involvement in the daytoday financial and operational requirements of the Project companies - Cash management of Project companies - Responsible for the production of monitoring sheets, including rolling forecasts - Managing and ensuring adherence to Ofgem and Fit submission processes - Variance reporting - Processing and managing payments to property owners, including notification of lease increase - Supporting investor reporting - Supporting internal Accountants - Preparing and reviewing third party reports - Tracking departmental progress against core tasks - Adhering to Data Protection policies and regulations when handling confidential information - Knowing and adhering to Health & Safety requirements - Supervising and managing work carried out by Bookkeeper - Carrying out ad hoc tasks requested by Managers, Partners, Directors etc. - Visiting other company branches located around the UK The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a similar role, and those with previous experience within the renewables sector are urged to apply.
