Based out of the head office in Oxfordshire and looking after the Oxfordshire region. There will be extensive travel with the expectation that you will visit each care home. The role will focus on the preparation of management accounts and other financial statistical data for the region, utilising trends and information to understand and improve financial performance. The successful candidate will be currently operating as a management accountant/business partner and looking to take that next step up. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), ideally from a similar or relatable environment. You will be technically and commercially strong with previous staff supervision experience. You will be comfortable building relationships at all levels of the business and there will be substantial exposure to non-finance people. You should be strongly solution-focused and able to improve processes and ways of working. Your energy, passion and desire to succeed will put you in a positive position to genuinely make an impact on the business.
