As part of our global transformation, Otis UK and Ireland are in the process of implementing JD Edwards as our new ERP system. To help support this high profile project we are currently recruiting for 2 Finance Assistants to join our project team on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract basis. As a Finance Assistant you will be ensuring that all data in our legacy systems is cleansed. This will involve: Processing cash allocations and credits to ensure all accounts are reconciled Working with key stakeholders to review the company backlog of orders and update the system accordingly Reconciling Accounts Payable Vendor accounts Capturing customer and vendor detail To be successful in this role you will: Be able to demonstrate that you are able to work in a fast paced environment Have accurate data entry skills Be a strong administrator and have excellent communication skills What can we offer you?
