Created to deal with the large number of short- and long-term projects already underway, and in anticipation of future projects as well, the right candidate will enable projects to be separated from the business-as-usual workload.Reporting to the Head of Financial Systems, the key deliverables will be to:Be the project lead in charge of managing change within Finance systems, ensure change is effectively delivered on time and stakeholders are kept informed of the progression of various projectsPlay a pivotal and leading role in the implementation of various systems and ensuring the user base is trained and supported in the use of new and existing systemsProject manage the configuration, testing, and implementation phases in line with agreed timelinesProduce effective documentation to inform existing and new users of any changes, and communicate the changes around the organisation, thereby allowing for a smooth transition to the new systems and processes.With such a range of systems projects underway, and a diverse team within Finance systems to support on the delivery of these projects, this is an exciting time to take on such a challenge and support a large, successful organisation in upgrading its systems.
