Your new company Established SME organisation in Harlow Your new role As Finance Manager you will manage a small team and report into the Managing Director. The current MD is looking for a candidate who can work with him to improve process and procedure. As well as the standard day to day finance you will also have the opportunity to be involved in HR and IT. As the business continues to grow, for the right candidate, this role could progress into an FD role having recruited a larger finance team. Responsibilities will include: Monthly management accounts Preparation of year end financial statements Manage AP and Credit Control Produce WIP reports Cash flow management VAT and Tax Returns What you'll need to succeed Be a qualified Accountant and have experience of working within an SME environment.
