Paying up to £25,000, this role offers a clear path of progression in a booming finance team, learning the credit control trade inside out. Offering extensive training funding, both on recognised course and in-house, this company is making a real investment in you and your finance career. Your Duties/Responsibilities
• Maximising cashflow through efficient debt collection and administration.
• Chasing outstanding overpayments, loans and/or accommodation.
• Resolving queries quickly and efficiently, and raising to team leader as and when needed.
• Keep finance system updated
• Updating Cash Allocation
• Meeting pre-agreed monthly KPIs and targets
• Ensuring all complaints are both escalated and resolved with team manager
• Attending meetings and training as and when required.
• Policies, procedures and all necessary compliance is adhered to
• Monthly review of business actions and objectives against requirements Your Skills
• Motivation and Positivity - being a bright and important influence on the desk
• Keen to learn and develop on own skills and knowledge in line with specialist sector
• Pride in meeting targets and working to KPIs
• Be able to negotiate with articulate and expert individuals
• Prioritisation and management of individual workload, producing maximum activity
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
