Finance Business Analyst Buckleigh & Williams are working with a major engineering business to identify an experienced business analyst to join their bidding department. This is a contract role with the possibility of turning permanent, and require the individual to analyse potential customers, acquisitions and industry areas. The Business Analyst will have a strong analytical background, and will be an expert on Excel, with accounting, marketing and sales experience. This is an exciting, fast-paced role, in a growing division within the business. Key

responsibilities:

• Manage, schedule and report on commercial reviews for agreed contracts
• Generation, analysis and evaluation of reports.
• Performing bid performance reviews
• Work with the Bid Team to assess financial potential of upcoming bids
• Review and scrutinise bid models to ensure compliance with business unit procedures
• Complete costing on new contract bids, working alongside the Operational and Bid Teams to ensure agreed solutions are correctly modelled A background in the following would be useful:
• A graduate with a financial / business / numeric degree.
• A part-qualified or qualified Accountant with evidence of a commercial mind set.
