Orion Group are recruiting a Finance Analyst on behalf of one of our Multinational Pharmaceutical Clients based in the Buckinghamshire area on an initial 15 month contract.

Senior A2R Analyst Key Responsibilities Process

responsibilities:
\ Responsible for A2R activities which remain local (e.g. Bank guarantee process, other legally required processes) \ Focus on External & Statutory reporting, LR reporting and coordination of local Fixed asset processes \ Cooperation with regional GS center in Prague and other CoE / Local Finance entities (i.e. FP&A group, Tax COEs, Plant teams) \ Support CIA and external audit in dedicated area of responsibility \ Support of the CFM role within the country \ Ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met and closing tasks completed as per closing calendar \ Coordination of Payroll and Tax accounting with Payroll COE Compliance Statement: Key role for compliance \ Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. \ Accurate and timely month-end reporting. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines. Part III - Job Requirements Qualifications: \ University degree (graduate / post grad) with 4-6 years overall work financial experience. Either qualified accountant or working towards professional certification Languages: \ Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English \ Other languages of EMEA countries preferred but not required Experience Required: \ Local market experience with European companies \ 4-6 Years job experience in different Finance functions \ US GAAP reporting experience Skills & Competencies: \ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. \ Strong analytical skills \ Strong verbal and written communication skills. \ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. \ Proven business partnering skills (with local EMEA markets) \ Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge \ Solid local GAAP knowledge (Understanding of different requirements for US and local GAAP) Our role in supporting diversity and inclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
