They are fully committed to improving the lives of thousands of individuals and families The Job: Finance Business Partner Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner role will work closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to define, develop and implement business planning processes to support the financial planning cycle across the Group. You will support the individual business areas to deliver growth initiatives, process improvement, margin enhancement and commercial opportunities. Provide commercial and financial insight, advice and support to the business Co-ordinating cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Ensure that business decisions are underpinned by sound and appropriate financial planning, analysis and expertise. Financial modelling, scenario planning, business case preparation and option appraisal. Preparation and consolidation of the Business Plans, Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts for the Group Prepare, validate and submit the Regulatory Returns Provide support to ongoing process improvements and key finance planning projects Actively coach and develop the performance of members of the analyst team The Candidate: Fully qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA is essential with excellent report writing and presentation skills at a high level.
