My client a global retail/consumer organisation have engaged Talentpace in sourcing for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to come in for a period between 6-9 months to assist on a project. Industry sector experience is not essential however having the ability to deal with key senior stakeholders is a must.

Responsibilities:
Delivering insightful reporting, analytics and forecasting for a global business Building and maintain effective relationships with key finance and senior non-finance stakeholders Ownership of the risk and opportunities for each cost area The aim to innovate the quality of functional cost reporting within the company Person Specification: Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with experience in commercial finance Ability to create financial modelling and excellent Microsoft Office is essential Able to analyse financial data Excellent stakeholder management and ensuring the requirements of the commercial finance, FP&A and functional managers are met. Commitment to drive change and manage conflicts which have arisen. Ability to meet deadlines and a proactive approach
